    Mr. Paskvan will present “A Roadmap to Commercial CCUS Deployment in Alaska, with Feasibility Study Results for Southcentral Alaska Power Generation with CCS” 

    Bio: 
    Frank joined UAF-INE in 2021 as an Affiliate Professor for Carbon Capture, Use, and Sequestration. He co-leads the Alaska CCUS Workgroup, created a roadmap to commercial CCUS deployment for Alaska, and performs case studies for industrial CCS in Alaska. 
  1. Brett W. Huber, Sr, AOGCC Chairman

Commissioner Huber will discuss the current legislation being developed to enable CCUS in the Alaskan subsurface and AOGCC’s role in creating the regulatory framework.

Commissioner Huber was appointed January 9, 2023, by Governor Dunleavy to serve as Commissioner and Chairman of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. Mr. Huber has nearly 30 years of public policy and oil and gas industry experience and holds the dedicated public seat on the three-member panel at the AOGCC.
