Fundamentals of Simulating Naturally Fractured Reservoirs

This training is designed for reservoir engineers and geoscientists involved in the evaluation and management of naturally fractured reservoirs. You will learn about the background, concepts, and assumptions of the dual porosity model for simulating a naturally fractured reservoir. Throughout the training, simple element models will be used to demonstrate key concepts that can be implemented with different software packages.

Plan to attend Dr. Ibrahim El-sayed training on January 13th to learn about fractured reservoirs' behavior and how to use numerical simulation models for history matching and prediction. Dr. El-sayed is a senior reservoir engineer with SLB's Digital and Integration division specialized in reservoir simulation using ECLIPSE, INTERSECT and Petrel. Sign up now!
