Dear Members,
A group of several SMEs have teamed up to prepare a report on decision quality for projects where more than one company is involved.
The actual name of the technical report is "Guidance for Decision Quality for MultiCompany Upstream Projects".
Following the process to approve this document as an official SPE Technical Report and part of SPE technical literature, the report is now published in all SPE Connect community pages together with an introductory presentation.

Members will have 30 days to comment and/or make suggestions for improvement in the report. If you would like to contribute with any comment, feel free to send me an email to cunha.jcds@gmail.com - PLEASE write "Comment on Technical Report" on the subject line of your message.
I will gather all messages and pass it to the committee for analysis/implementation of your suggestions.
