The SPE Dallas Section is excited to announce the implementation of a new “Speaker’s Bureau” program that will be geared towards the positive dissemination of oil & gas industry knowledge in the Dallas area. At this time we are developing a database of volunteer speakers from within the Section. The survey at the link below will be used to help us match speakers with potential audiences. This program is meant to target all age groups, including schools, civic organizations, and other speaking opportunities.
As a Speaker’s Bureau member/volunteer, you will be trained in speaking as well as presentation material. While we will be providing access to current presentations, you may also choose to create your own. You may choose to speak as much or as little as your schedule and interest allows.
Please take a few moments to take the survey so that we can develop the database. The more volunteers we have the more venues we can cover. In the end, the success of this program will hinge on the number of speakers we can find. Our goal is to have all of the speakers, training, and presentations in place by the end of the year so that we can begin filling speaking engagements in the Spring.
