2014-2015 Board of Directors

In accordance with Article VI of the Bylaws of the Dallas Section, the Nominating Committee, consisting of Richard Lemon, Committee Chair, Terry Palisch, Jack Harper, Steve Hudson and Lesley Hughes, presented a slate of Officer Candidates for the 2014-2015 program year to the current Board of Directors for their consideration and approval. The slate, published on March 18, 2014 and shown below, was approved unanimously by the Board of Directors on February 13, 2014.

As of April 7, 2014, all of the above nominees are deemed elected because no petitions nominating additional candidates as outlined in Article VI, Section 5 of the Bylaws have been received. The Board thanks the incoming Board members for volunteering to serve in a leadership position for the Dallas Section. The 2014-2015 Directors will assume office on June1, 2014.
