Sincere thanks to all the speakers that volunteered their time and knowledge to participate in this panel.
Thanks to all attendees for their support and intriguing questions!
A few highlights and takeaways from this panel included:
- Energy transition calls for increased collaboration, creativity, and innovation. So, engaging all generations is crucial, as every person from a different generation or background can bring different and valuable viewpoints to the table.
- With the energy transition in full swing, it is extremely important to embrace the fact that we all have something to offer, and we all can benefit from working and learning from one another.
- Opportunities for mentoring and reverse mentoring are unique benefits of the multigenerational workplace. Collectively, we can leverage these opportunities to pioneer the transformation of our global energy landscape.
- Advocating for the diversity of thoughts and raising awareness on the value of bringing together a diverse team is a responsibility and we all need to be intentional about it in our day-to-day work.
- Companies need to deliberately work towards engaging and retaining talents from all generations. The energy transition is an opportunity to invite a broader variety of talents and experiences into the workplace.
