    Activate a Sustainability Mindset in your Organization

    Dear all:

    A few years ago Johana Dunlop and Leon Beugelsdijk (then Chair of the B&L (Business Leadership) Standing Committee) asked me to create an Online Course integrating my knowledge of Mindset and Sustainability.

    It took me a while but eventually, with a lot of help from Leon Beugelsdijk, that Course was published and now I have been asked to provide the essence of that Course in person in New Orleans, which will happen on the 22nd of September Sunday, the day before the Event starts.

    I am so excited to be offering you this 1-day dynamic Training Course, which has so many elements of the support that I have received from so many people from Gaia and the B&L and this Sustainable Development Technical Section.

    I have upgraded this Course to become even more than a Sustainability Mindset experience that you can take with you and take to your Teams: I want it to be a Train the Trainer experience, where you learn new methodologies to activate Sustainability Passion and Purpose in your organization.

    If this resonates with you, come over to meet other SPE members and participants, create meaningful connections, and experience a new way to activate Sustainability that goes beyond passing data along, and becomes an activation that leads to action.

    I'm so happy to see that you've taken this approach to sustainability! For all of us mindset is the first thing that needs to change as we take on anything new. The better we understand the dynamics of change and mindset, the more effective we are in our work and as leaders. Kudos to you and thanks!

    I hope that people who are planning to attend ATCE this year will come for your Sunday training. It will be invaluable!
