I am looking for field experience in downhole (DH) chemical injection systems for scale management in HPHT environment.
The subject reservoir has temperature of 385 degF and pressure of 17,200 psi. It is a gas condensate reservoir.
The expected wellbore scale types are FeS, ZnS, PbS, CaCO3, BaSO4 and SrSO4; though at different risk levels.
I will appreciate your inputs on the following:
i. Inhibitor chemicals you have used in the past that are stable and effective at 385 degF for either continuous DH injection or periodic squeeze operations
ii. Experience on reliability of DH chemical injection systems at high temperature & pressure and ideas of what you have done to improve the reliability of your injection system with particular focus on the downhole hardwares
