“Funding Opportunities & Resources for Business Growth, Employee Retention & Advancing Employee Skillsets”
Abstract
In a world where pandemics, inflation, and supply chain disruptions are challenging economies, companies and their employees are experiencing the effects of these conditions now more than ever. The good news is where there are challenges; there are also opportunities. This study group presentation aims to increase awareness of workforce resources available to help businesses and employees. Attendees are encouraged to participate by asking questions during and after the presentation as they learn more about the following topics:
- SPE Evangeline Section Membership Training Grant Program
- IWTP/SBET Grant Funding for Employee Training
- OJT (On the Job Training) and Youth Work Experience Programs
- MEP of LA (Manufacturing)
- Partnership with Local Educational Institutions and Training Providers.
Biography
Joseph Druilhet is committed to using his platform to connect, empower, and encourage people to achieve their goals. He currently serves as a Business Developer for South Louisiana Community College, primarily engaging directly with local businesses and organizations. He has a proven track record of success with over 15 years of business experience, where he has excelled in the areas of sales and customer service. He is a graduate of Nicholls State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a concentration in Professional Sales.

$30 if registered by September 20, 2022 and select Pay at Door.
