    Dear Sirs,

    In reference to ISO 16530-2:2013, I would like to highlight that on page 63, there is a detailed well diagram illustrating various typical modes of failure. Additionally, pages 43 and 44 provide valuable insights into how to effectively manage well integrity failures.

    As for examples or spreadsheets related to well integrity risk assessment, I would appreciate it if you could share any available resources or documents. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    In my company we have a general well integrity risk assessment and specific one for each well.

    Hello Adlane,

    As far as I'm aware this standard was officially retired: ISO/TS 16530-2:2014 - Intégrité du puits - Partie 2: Intégrité du puits pour la phase opérationnelle

    ISO 16530-1:2017 (ISO 16530-1:2017 - Industrie du pétrole et du gaz naturel - Intégrité du puits - Partie 1: Gouvernance du cycle de vie) is in need of an update (it has now been 6 years and some important changes have happened, including with NORSOK D-010). This is ongoing, albeit slowly.
