 Can someone suggest where I can look to find the modeling equations for coil tubing fatigue?

Neal,

There are no algorithms in the public domain, especially for the current CT steel grades.  The results of the emperical testing are captured in proprietory algorithms which are the basis of the commercial software in the market.  Some of the major coiled tubing service companies have their own in-house software and NOV-CTES has a software package.  You may want to contact Dr. Steve Tipton at the University of Tulsa who has conducted considerable research on this topic.
