Does any one know of a case study or have documentation concerning crossflow of two high rate oil zones with sand control (Frac Packed intervals). At shutin we could potentially see an upper interval crossflowing at a rate of 7500 bopd into a lower interval with an 1800 psi differential. Has anyone heard of any issues with losing a sand control pack (won't be above parting pressure) or damage due to this high rate crossflow?
