Key focus areas for regional coordination and knowledge-sharing.

  • Promote and expand the regional network.
  • Develop Run to End (RTE) and Asset Life Extension Study (ALES) guidelines for late-life fields.
  • Align operator regulatory guidelines with industry standards (industry recommended practices).
  • Digitalization of well integrity databases, real-time well data monitoring, and artificial intelligence applications for well remedial recommendations.
  • Share lessons learned, benchmark project cost, technical and planning strategy, and proven technology for Well Plug and Abandon (P&A) and Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) projects.
  • Increase awareness of WITS training.
