We believe the Methane emissions reduction can be achieved by helping companies identify the sources of the emissions and providing them with cost-effective solutions to reduce or eliminate emissions and maximize efficiency.
We are building on the work undertaken over the last few years by the SPE Sustainable Development Technical Section and the Gaia Measuring What Matters Work Group to address the needs of those working in asset teams and/or in the field in Completions, Production & Operations, Projects Facilities & Construction, and the Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability Communities to Measure, Report and Reduce Methane Emissions. The technical section is intended to create a platform to share experiences, success stories and cautionary tales so we can learn from each other’s mistakes and learnings.
