Connecting hydrogen technology, practical deployment, and SPE community leadership

About the Symposium

Organized by the SPE Hydrogen Technical Section (H2TS) in collaboration with SPE Gulf Coast Section (SPE GCS), this symposium will convene industry leaders, researchers, and practitioners to discuss hydrogen technologies, technical integration, and the evolving role of hydrogen in the energy system.

The program is designed to combine executive perspective, technical talks, and panel dialogue across the hydrogen landscape. With participation from industry, academia, and the SPE community, the symposium aims to create a practical forum for knowledge exchange, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and professional networking around hydrogen opportunities and challenges.

The event is positioned to highlight hydrogen's role in the broader energy transition while drawing on SPE's strengths in subsurface, facilities, operations, project execution, and systems integration. It also provides a focused platform to strengthen engagement between H2TS, SPE Gulf Coast Section, and the broader hydrogen stakeholder community.
