Mr. White will discuss how the U.S. is deploying energy diplomacy and economic tools — from bilateral agreements to strategic partnerships — to advance American energy dominance, secure critical mineral supply chains, and support allied nations in developing their own energy resources. EEB led Secretary Rubio’s landmark Critical Minerals Ministerial in early 2026, convening 55 international delegations to accelerate secure and resilient supply chains for minerals essential to American economic and national security.
