North America Student Symposium

North America Student Symposium is a multi-day event that provides professional development opportunities for SPE student members in North America through technical and soft skills presentations, field trips and networking events. The Symposium will also host the regional qualifier for Petrobowl and regional paper contests as appropriate. When possible, a recruiting fair will also be included. 

North America Student Symposium is planned for students by students with support from SPE staff. The commitment is for one (1) year with all participants expected to attend the Symposium. Responsibilities vary by committee, many working over the summer and holiday breaks.
