Description:

This committee is charged with selecting the SPE Formation Evaluation Award

Tasks:

  • Committee will review candidates nominated by the membership
  • Committee will hold up to 3 ballots
  • Committee will deliberate together to select recipient

Eligibility:

  • Current SPE professional member
  • Expertise in the technical discipline of Formation Evaluation
    • Analysis of Well Performance
    • Reservoir Monitoring
    • Formation Evaluation
    • Reserves Evaluation
    • Reservoir Petrophysics
    • Well Logging

Time Commitment:

  • 3 year term, completion at ATCE
  • Annual online review of candidates
  • Monthly teleconferences between February and May
Note: Committee members may not be candidates for this award during their term of service, and for 2 years afterward.

Qualifications:

Membership Experience: 10 or more years
