This committee is charged with selecting the SPE Honorary Members and SPE Distinguished Members

Tasks:

  • Committee will review candidates nominated by the membership
  • Committee will hold up to 3 ballots
  • Committee will discuss each candidate and deliberate together to select recipients

Eligibility:

  • SPE professional member for 10 years, current and in good standing
  • Must be a recipient of Honorary Membership or former SPE President

Time Commitment:

  • 3 year term, completion at ATCE
  • Annual online review of candidates
  • Committee is active between February and May
  • Members participate in several teleconferences during the active period
