SPE Reservoir Description and Dynamics Award Committee

This committee is charged with selecting the Reservoir Description and Dynamics Award recipient.

Tasks:

• Committee will review candidates nominated by the membership
• Committee will hold up to 3 ballots
• Committee will deliberate together to select recipient

Eligibility:

• Current SPE Professional Member
• Expertise in the technical discipline of Reservoir Description and Dynamics
  • Characterization of reservoir fluids
  • Fluid dynamics
  • Fundamental Research- Reservoir Description and Dynamics
  • Primary and enhanced recovery processes
  • Recovery of unconventional hydrocarbon systems
  • Reservoir engineering and subsurface storage
  • Reservoir geology and geophysics
  • Reservoir management
  • Reservoir performance
  • Reservoir simulation

Time Commitment:

• 3 year term, completion at ATCE
• Annual online review of candidates
• Monthly teleconferences between February and May
