This committee is charged with selecting the SPE Distinguished Service Award recipients.

Tasks:

  • Committee will review candidates nominated by the membership
  • Committee will hold up to 3 ballots
  • Committee will deliberate together to select recipient

Eligibility:

  • Current SPE Professional Member
  • Posses an appreciation of service and devotion exhibited by SPE members

Time Commitment:

  • 3 year term, completion at ATCE
  • Annual online review of candidates
  • Committee is active between February and May
  • Members participate in several teleconferences during the active period
NOTE: Members of this committee are ineligible for the award during their term of service and for 2 years afterward.
