ATCE Future Talent Zone

SPE’s Annual Conference & Exhibition is the hub of member programs and activities celebrating awards, student programs, and technical and regional achievements. As part of this ATCE is also the home to the Future Talent Zone, a theatre, and networking zone on the exhibition floor. The Talent Zone events are all focused at showcasing and developing the needs of our young members (student & YPs), but celebrating their achievements, informing them about wider industry topics, and showcasing their expertise.

We are looking for people to help support these activities and guide people who are interested in the programs. Volunteer slots are flexible with timings and days. You can indicate your availability and any preferred programs in the application form.

Activities include:

Sunday 19 September: Student Meet and Greet (offsite). Tasks include support with set up, registration of attendees, and guiding people to the venue. (12:00pm – 3:00pm)

Monday 20 September: Student Paper Contest Assistant. Registration of participants and volunteers, set up of room, support with presentation set up (9:00am – 4:00pm)
