The Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition is coming back to Houston, Texas, USA from 3 - 5 October at the George R. Brown Convention Centre. ATCE is expected to welcome over 10,000 attendees to Houston, and we’re looking for passionate volunteers to help us for a minimum of 2 hours from Sunday, 2 October to Wednesday, 5 October.
The types of assistance vary depending on what you want to do; there are technical opportunities, public-facing opportunities, and behind-the-scenes opportunities!
We are seeking around 75 volunteers over three days to help with the public-facing and behind the scenes help!

SPE Pavilion Volunteer
If you are outgoing and like to meet new people this volunteer opportunity is the one for you! SPE is looking for members to share their experiences and speak about the benefits of membership.
SPE Pavillion Floater-You will work alongside members of our Customer Service, Marketing, and Book Store staff. SPE needs volunteers who can speak about SPE programs, publications, and events. As well as, talk about the new SPEI App.
SPE Photo Booth– This is a fun way to meet people and share your experience as an SPE member with others. You may also answer questions about the SPE programs and benefits, while people wait to get their headshot taken. In addition, you will scan attendees' badges and let them know we have a new SPE App. Three-hour shifts are available on Monday, 3–5 October.
