Description:

On Monday 23 September at ATCE we will be hosting 4 student competitions including the PetroBowl Championship and three Student Paper Contests. We are looking for keen SPE members to support these events. Volunteers will work with SPE Staff to facilitate these events and ensure the contests run smoothly.

Duties include:

  • Support with setting up rooms
  • Support with registration of participants
  • Support with directing participants and volunteers
  • Monitoring contests for any issues
  • Support setting up presentations

We are looking for 5 people to support with this role and it is open to any Student or Professional Member.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY, AND WE CANNOT PROVIDE ANY FUNDING OR FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ATTEND ATCE OR TRAVEL TO THE CONFERENCE. YOU CAN ONLY PARTICIPATE AS A VOLUNTEER IF YOU ARE ALREADY ATTENDING ATCE IN PERSON.
