This year the Society of Petroleum Engineers Calgary Section (SPECA) will be awarding $80,000 in scholarships to University and college students in the western Canadian region who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents. This year, SPECA will be awarding scholarships to 20 highly qualified students in the amount of $4000 each! This year’s deadline for applications is December 6, 2013.
