It is a privilege to serve as Chairman of the SPE Golden Gate Section. I am honored to work with dedicated volunteers, industry leaders, and members who continue to strengthen energy professional community.
As the energy industry evolves through digital transformation, innovation, sustainability, and emerging technologies, our section remains committed to creating a vibrant platform where professionals, students, and industry partners can learn, collaborate, and grow together.
This year, our primary focus is to increase member engagement and build stronger connections across community. Whether by attending events, volunteering, presenting technical work, sponsoring activities, or mentoring young professionals, every contribution helps build a stronger and more connected SPE community.
Knowledge sharing through industry forums, distinguished lecturers, and experienced guest speakers, we aim to bring relevant insights covering engineering, drilling, digital technologies, energy transition, artificial intelligence, transportation and energy management. By strengthening engagement with universities and young professionals, we hope to inspire future leaders while providing mentoring and career development opportunities.
