1. Mrs Manuela Badea presented the Agenda.
The best 3 papers in the student competition of technical and scientific papers from 09 july 2012 were:
I - 500 RON - Exploitation of shale gas by hydraulic fracturing - Guma Tamara; Raducanu Victoria
II - 300 RON - Weight of the Bottom Hole Anssamble on the bit for deviated wells - Zaiat Ivan
III - 200 RON - Aspects of special completion to oil and gas wells - Marin Gabriel

2. Mrs Manuela Badea and Mr Vasile Badiu presented the activity report of Romanian Section of SPE for 2011-2012. Bogdan Clain – SPE student chapter president – presented the activity report of SPE Student Chapter.
3. Mrs Manuela Badea and Mr Vasile Badiu presented the technical program proposal for 2012-2013. Mr Mocuta proposed to add a presentation related to Basins and Commercial Fields from Africa inside the technical programme 2012-2013 to be presented to Iasi and Ploiesti.
4. Discution about activity report and approvals.
Mr Mocuta made the observation that, with disparition of Romanian Oil and Gas Journal, published inside ICPT Campina, dissappear also a very important place where people from Oil and Gas Industry could publish their papers. Mr Pandele, promised to support republication of the Romanian Oil and Gas Journal near the future Head of OMV Petrom E&P Development Department where also ICPT Campina is.
5. There were discussed the proposal for the SPE Romanian Section Committee 2012-2013.
Mrs Manuela Badea was elected as SPE Romanian Section Chairperson for 2012-2013.
The SPE Commitee for Romanian Section was validate.
There is the SPE committe proposal to have an “incoming SPE ROM committe” for 2013-2014
Suggestion of Mrs Monica Drumeanu was to collect via email your suggestion for the “incoming positions” from SPE committe
