Biography: Mark is Supervisor of the Permits and Bonding Unit, Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Oil, Gas, & Minerals (OOGM). Prior to becoming supervisor he worked as a permit coordinator permitting oil and gas drilling. He has been with the OOGM for 7 years. Mark earned his BS in geology from Michigan State University; past work includes land surveying and environmental consulting.
