Greetings Science Fair Judges and a very happy Boxing Day to You!
If you do nothing else, please read the remarks in red as I would like your feedback on a question towards the end.
It’s time to register for the 25th annual Billings Clinic Science Expo so mark your calendars for March 22nd and 23rd! As always, judging will be Friday evening, March 22nd from 5:00 until 8:30ish.
This year’s theme is “How to Train Your Robot”. Our guest presenter will be Hunter Lloyd with his robot Looney. Professor Lloyd is an adjunct professor in the Computer Science department at MSU Bozeman.
We do have a couple changes for this year, most notably in our prejudging meeting location. MSU-Billings has remodeled the basement of the student union building and the rooms we used to meet in are no longer available. While they do have plans to eventually build a new facility that will accommodate groups such as ours, that’s quite a few years off. In the meanwhile, we will be meeting somewhere in the gym building. I will provide all those details closer to the fair date. At this time, I’m only asking you to register to judge.
