Graduate and professional geologists and petroleum engineers with less than 5 years of experience.

Agenda

(1) Departure from Maadi at 07:00 AM. Exact location will be sent to applicants.
(2) Arrival to Abou Rawash at 08:30 AM.
(3) Instructors from Cairo University will explain the geological history of Abou Rawash area and outcrops which represent a unique and good model for the subsurface geology, in terms of structure contouring, hydrocarbon occurrence and oil traps.
(4) Pray break.
(5) Instructors will speak about reservoir, source and seal rocks of the discovered oil fields in the north and central western desert of Egypt.
(6) Lunch break.
(7) Returning back by 06:00 PM.
