Volunteers will go to a web page where they can ask a chatbot questions and rate its answers.
For each question the chatbot will display several answers. The tester will be asked to rank them and identify any which aren't relevant using a drag and drop interface.
The work is online and can be done at the tester's convenience including over several sessions. We request that each tester spend at least an hour total.
The tester can ask the chatbot questions or rate the answers to questions asked previously.
At this time the chatbot is trained on PetroWiki content.
