    Hi Bruno,

    The deadline was extended to 30 September in March. My apologies if SPE has not updated this on the webpage.

    Please do not hesitate to contact one of the editors, if you have a paper in the pipeline but struggle to meet the deadline.

    Dear Dr. Knut,

    Is there is a possibility for one or two weeks of extension? We're writing a manuscript on simulation of case SPE-11C and we just recently got the results. 

    In case this is not possible, what are the other options that we can explore?

    I've just been informed that the special issue will be extended into 2026, and that a short extension-such as the one you requested-is acceptable. SPE is expected to publish formal details soon, including the final submission deadline.
