could you please advise if CPR and IDR methods can be used in MRST?

could you also please advise the abbreviated parameters on the figure below? s1, s2, rs, Smax ,status ....?

Hi,

CPR is supported in MRST. By IDR do you mean as maybe an option for the AMGCL solvers? It should work, but GMRES and BiCGStab are the standard choices that are the most tested.

Rs is gas-oil-ratio at surface conditons, s:1 and s:2 would be brine and gas saturation and sMax the corresponding maximum reached saturations (only used for a hysteresis model). The free MRST books give more detail on these fields.

Please note that if you are using the spe11 Eclipse input files for MRST we published, as note in the readme, these were published primarily to test different simulators on an early conceptual CSP11 model. This model is not an accurate solution of the CSP11, but rather a fast-to-run "first guess" made back in January.
