Comparative Solution Project

At the Early Results workshop in March 2024 results from different teams were compared using a set of Wasserstein distances. As I understand things, this quantifies the magnitude of difference between two spatial distributions. Would you be able to share code to calculate these distances (for problems 11A, 11B and 11C), so that we could determine the difference between simulations that we have run on different simulators.

Hi David,

I will be able to share scripts that run for 11A and 11B until beginning of August. These scripts are currently not appropriate for 11C. I'm in contact with the developers in Jan's group in Bergen and we'll add updates which work on 11C as soon as possible.
