In 2013, the team was the SECOND HIGHEST fundraising team! The team raised $3,345. Fundraising efforts included: Race for the Cure, NMT SPE's Drive for the Cure (during 49ers), small bake sales and a final special pink drink event.
On September 21, the Roswell Section officers, along with NMT SPE students, and friends, will, once again, run and walk (10k and 5k) to raise funds for breast cancer awareness and Susan G. Komen Central New Mexico.
75% of the funds raised stay in NM, while the other 25% is dedicated to national research.
