Lynn and other Fellow SPE’ers and ChE’s of the world,
Would have loved to attended but having paid the 20 dollars to AIChE flow Assurance “Group” I was not informed of the meeting and I am out of work right now! Low Dosage Hydrate Inhibitors (LDHI) and Flow Assurance is covered in my patent "Lubricating/sealing oil-based composition and method of manufacture thereof" - 6,358,891 . It is a Fluoro Carbon Polymeric that starts as a oil soluble liquid. The Shell folks have the details and it is lot of fun. I hope to attend the next Flow Assurance Section meeting. Having work petroleum etc. since my ChE degree the fine adjustment tool 20 pound sledge hammer has worked. I hope this is helpful.
Sincerely
