Unmanned vehicles such as drones are very cool to play around the house or the garden and can also be the deadliest weapons in war zones environment. Most unmanned vehicles are remotely operated or sent on a predetermined path. The next generation of unmanned vehicles will be programmed with multiple missions to be accomplished according to set priorities and will benefit from distributed intelligence spread across a flock of vehicles.
With such a powerful capability, the next question is: How will we use this power?
Where are unmanned vehicles needed? Which operation already done with unmanned vehicle would benefit from improved capabilities?
I look forward to reading about the various implementation this group has in mind and hope to be involved in a few of them.
