There’s a high attrition rate of women in technology.

The paths for upcoming women newbies in STEM are rough.

These are comments you most probably have heard before.

Well,……

Strong women are the ones who would make it clear that if you are going to bring up a problem, you better follow it up with an idea of how to address it. It became the unspoken rule.

There are enough people who can say what’s wrong but who will say how to fix it.

There are always comments about the lack of women in tech along with the declarations that we must change all of this. There are promises by companies to diversify.

How do we address these issues?

For the next generation we know early engagement is crucial. We also know that we need to preempt those moments of doubt about continuing in STEM.

And what better opportunity than to engage women together to leverage the efforts in finding solutions to the women's most intractable problems?

Stay tuned for our upcoming programs, events and announcement and don't forget Join, connect and engage.
