The “Student Technical Conference” – is a 2-day event with 80 participants. It has grown in the 8 years of its existence and established itself as the premier such event in Germany. The STC is primarily a technical conference with 16 student-presentation and a key-note speaker. The STC is also a mini job-fair catering to Petroleum Engineering and related Geoscience students. STC takes place in the German Oil museum in Wietze in October.
