SPE Ireland held its first Industry Event on 28th January 2015, in the Banking Hall of the Westin Hotel, Dublin.
The event saw a distinguished speaker panel of Minister Joe McHugh, SPE President Helge Hove Haldorsen, Providence Resources CEO Tony O'Reilly and IHS VP Paul Markwell, speak about the future of oil and gas exploration offshore Ireland.
Networking drinks took place before and after the event, with over 130 leaders and future leaders of the Irish oil and gas industry in attendance.
