"Diversity & Inclusion, Innovation and the Energy Industry" by Fernanda Delgado.
Fernanda is a professor and researcher at FGV Energia, in Rio de Janeiro/Brazil. She has a DSc degree in Energetic Planning from COPPE/UFRJ, an MSc in Information Technology from CEFET and an MBA in International Finances from FGV. She also has four published books about Petropolitics. Fernanda is one of the coordinators of EMPODEREC, a Women mentoring program in Brazil for young professionals starting a career in the energy industry.
