Global energy demand continues to rise. However, many underlying factors are changing. Consumption growth moderation, changing energy mix, efficiency gains, electrification, increasing natural gas exports from the U.S., and increasing lower-carbon investment are some of them.
We include the latest findings of the quarterly Dallas Fed Energy Survey, which surveys about 200 upstream oil and gas firms located or headquartered in Texas, southern New Mexico, and northern Louisiana. The presentation provides an energy outlook through 2027 and offers insights into how economics impacts companies and employees in the energy sector.
