Roger Myers is president of RRM Completions, LLC, and Qualis Well Testing, LLC, a pressure gauge rental business. Roger provides expert oil & gas well completion planning, engineering, and onsite completion operations’ supervision for clients in the Appalachian Basin.

Roger worked in the oil & gas service sector for 29 years as an engineer, technical advisor, assistant district manager, and region technical manager before moving on to the E&P side of the business, where he worked as Vice President of Completions for EXCO Resources and Atlas Energy, LP. Roger has authored numerous SPE papers and jointly worked on two US and EPC patents related to methods, processes, and materials involved in hydraulic fracturing. He was awarded the SPE Eastern North America Region’s Regional Service Award in 2017. In 2023 Roger received the SPE East Region Award for Completions Optimization and Technology. He taught the Basics of Hydraulic Fracturing in Horizontal Wells at this year’s Southwest Petroleum Short Course in Lubbock.
