Ayodeji Daramola is a lifelong student that believes “the purpose of learning is growth, and our minds, unlike our bodies, can continue growing as we continue to live.” Taking this statement as one of the guiding principles in his life, he’s committed to continual learning, growth, excellence, and helping others. He thrives on doing the best that he can and maximizing his potential no matter the situation. He is focused on keeping God as his guiding light, knowing that God has placed him in specific area's for a reason and purpose.
He began his career with Halliburton in 2012 as an Associate Technical Professional. He advanced his career by transitioning through various operational and business development roles. In his current role as an Account Representative for Halliburton’s Production Enhancement product service line, he is responsible for collaborating and engineering solutions for many of Halliburton’s largest Permian Basin accounts as well as working with operators who are new entrants to the Permian Basin.
Mr. Daramola holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has completed the first level of an executive leadership development program through Mays Business School at Texas A&M and is also a graduate of Halliburton's College of Completions Engineering (CoCE). He is a member of the Permian Basin Chapter of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, serves on the Young Professionals Board and is the President of iMPACT, a Halliburton organization which promotes development and leadership competency.
