𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶 (𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝘀) for her insightful presentation, “Counting What You Can’t Ignore: ISO–GHG Protocol Alignment, State Disclosure Laws, and the Next Era of Emissions Reporting.”
Kelly gave a great overview of how the landscape of 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 is shifting—from the 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗘𝗖’𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲 to the 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲-𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 like California’s Climate Corporate Data Accountability Act and emerging “copycat” laws across New York, Colorado, and other states.
