Seminar on reserve reporting and valuation of E & P Companies

The amount of oil reserves an oil company possesses is probably the single, most important factor determining the value of an E & P (exploration and production) company. So how does a company go about exploring, classifying and proving up its oil and gas reserves? How does this affect the financial value of the company? Finally, information about discoveries and reserves is sensitive information. How should listed - and unlisted - companies handle such information?

Experts from all these sectors share their expertise, setting out the main principles as well as all the important details. The seminar will be in English.
