Building on the momentum of AI4Energy Americas 2025, this year's program shifts from exploring what AI can do to making the hard calls about what it should do, where it creates durable value, and how to govern autonomous systems operating across the energy value chain. Day two culminates in a hands-on agentic AI workshop, giving attendees direct experience building and deploying autonomous systems.

Morning Keynote — Begin day two with a forward-looking keynote on the next horizon of agentic and autonomous AI in energy.

Panel: Building the AI Business Case — Metrics & Frameworks (capstone) — A capstone discussion on the metrics and frameworks for justifying, funding, and sustaining AI investment, synthesizing the lessons of day one into a practical playbook for decision-makers.

Hands-On Agentic AI Workshop (2 hours) — Move from concept to keyboard. In this guided, hands-on session, attendees build and deploy agentic AI workflows — designing agents, wiring tool and data orchestration, setting guardrails and approval patterns, and seeing autonomous systems execute multi-step tasks end to end. A practical close to the event that turns strategy into working capability.
