Description

Presentation Information:

This presentation focuses on diagnostics driven multi-phase well performance analysis and production forecasting methods in unconventional (low-permeability) reservoirs.  We will provide background for recently introduced methodologies adapted/developed for unconventional reservoirs including basis for selecting/identifying decline parameters.  This presentation will primarily include examples from various basins illustrating methods for forecasting gas-oil ratio, evaluating multi-phase behavior and addressing challenges associated with them.

Speaker Bio:

Eric Bryan is a vice president and senior reservoir engineer at DeGolyer and MacNaughton, a leading oil and gas consulting firm in Dallas. He specializes in unconventional reservoir analysis.  He is involved in the reserve estimations for some of the largest oil companies in the US.  He also has consulted on unconventional production data worldwide, particularly with RTA, DCA, and production diagnostics.
