As the energy sector speeds toward net-zero goals, the Production & Facilities (P&F) technical domain increasingly leads in enabling actionable decarbonization. This session emphasizes how the evolution of various skill sets and technologies, including Flow Measurement, Digital Proficiencies, Automation and Robotics, Cybersecurity, and interdisciplinary Collaborations, is transforming traditional oil and gas infrastructure to address the operational challenges of methane mitigation, hydrogen integration, and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) that drive energy transition and decarbonization.
