November is upon us and we have a range of events lined up for you. Our virtual luncheon this month we will be a part of SPE’s Distinguished Lecture Series, and we will also be hosting our Reservoir Study Group. Here are the details of these virtual events:
- Thursday, November 12nd | Reservoir Study Group with Steve Jones, presenting “Gas-oil ratio as a diagnostic tool for evaluating infill well spacing”
- Thursday, November 19th | November Monthly Luncheon with Robert F. Shelley, presenting “Completion Design Using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning - Case Histories”
We are looking forward to these talks and hope that you can join us to turn these into fruitful discussions for all the attendees. Like previous events, SPE OKC is covering the costs in order to virtually provide these valuable talks free of charge to our attendees. This is a part of SPE OKC’s dedication to enhance the professional development of our attendees and to promote a platform for the exchange of technical knowledge. Given the unprecedented times with COVID-19 and the current industry downturn, we believe its more important now than ever to provide quality technical content that’s free of cost and virtually accessibly to our community.
With the year end membership renewals coming up, I also want to remind everyone that SPE is still honoring membership discounts.
